Hi,

My link to the Vendor table from Access 2007 only shows 850 of 1450 vendor records. I've exported the records to Excel from QB and nothing looks different about the missing records. I've tried deleting and re-adding the link without success. Any ideas?

Sounds like the optimized Vendor table is incomplete. Close MS Access and start up VB Demo and rebuild it using this command:

SELECT count(listid) as "Table Row Count" from Vendor verify
